About the platform

The platform is owned and operated by Roamcart Travel Lounge Private Limited. We connect riders with independent drivers and fleet partners for airport transfers, outstation cabs, local rides, and related travel services. We facilitate booking, payment, and communication — drivers and fleets deliver the actual transport service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You agree to provide accurate name, contact, and trip information. Accounts must not be shared or used for fraudulent bookings.

Bookings and fares

  • Fares shown at booking are estimates or confirmed prices based on service type, distance, time, vehicle category, and applicable fees (including booking confirmation charges where displayed).
  • Incorrect pickup or drop addresses, wrong airport terminal details, or unavailable passengers at pickup may affect trip completion and additional charges.
  • Published airport rides, on-demand cabs, outstation trips, and rental packages may have different pricing rules — the fare breakdown shown before payment applies to your specific booking.
  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings that appear fraudulent, unsafe, or impossible to fulfil.

Payments

  • Online payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. By paying online, you also accept the gateway provider’s terms.
  • Cash trips may require an online booking confirmation fee at the time of reservation, as shown during checkout.
  • Coupons, wallet balance, and promotional credits are subject to their specific conditions and expiry dates.

Cancellations and refunds

  • You may cancel a booking through the app or website where the cancel option is available for your trip status.
  • Cancellation fees or partial refunds depend on how close to pickup time you cancel and the service type booked. Details are shown at cancellation where applicable.
  • Refunds for eligible online payments are processed back to the original payment method or wallet within a reasonable timeframe, subject to bank or gateway processing times.
  • If a driver or partner cancels, we will attempt to arrange an alternative or refund as appropriate.

Your responsibilities as a rider

  • Be ready at the agreed pickup time and location.
  • Treat drivers and vehicles with respect. Abuse, illegal activity, or unsafe behaviour may result in account suspension.
  • Do not carry prohibited or hazardous items.
  • Report issues promptly through the app or our Contact Us page so we can investigate.

Driver and partner conduct

We expect partners on our platform to hold valid licences, maintain roadworthy vehicles, and follow applicable transport laws. While we vet partners, Roamcart Travel Lounge Private Limited is a technology and booking platform — ultimate transport responsibility lies with the licensed driver or fleet operating the vehicle, except where law provides otherwise.

Limitation of liability

We strive for uninterrupted service, but temporary disruptions may occur due to traffic, weather, network outages, or third-party failures. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays, cancellations outside our control, or force majeure events.

Intellectual property

The Airport Transfer brand, website content, app design, and software are protected. You may not copy, scrape, or reverse-engineer the platform without written permission.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law.
